Royalties

Royalties can be paid through our Gumroad page, through the Payment option.

Royalty payments over €1000 have the option of paying through either Gumroad or bank transfer. Please contact us for our payment information.

Royalty rate recap:
• Royalty rates are set by the terms of the Studio License of each Candy Arts Asset.
• Royalties apply to Direct Revenue.
• Royalty rates for Major Assets are cumulative.
• Minor Assets only require that projects pay a minimum royalty rate of 1% in total across all Candy Arts Assets.
• The revenue of any Expansions or Access Content is counted as part of a project’s revenue.
• Retroactive royalties apply if Candy Arts Assets are added after a project has already started to earn revenue.
• Royalties are due at least every 3 months. Royalties under €10 can be carried over to the next 3-month payment period.
• Project Creators are responsible for calculating owed royalties accurately and making timely payments. Candy Arts does not send invoices, bills, or any other such payment requests.
