The Write_Speed command changes the writing speed of the Spoken Line being written, for the rest of the Line. It only works inside a Text Event.
The speed-up and slow-down inputs still override it while they're held (see Typewriter Effect). In a Line whose writing follows its voice, a Write_Speed stops it from following the voice until it's reset.

Every key also accepts a ¢ expression instead of a fixed value, unless its description says otherwise. See CandyRef Expressions.
Writing_Speed
Description:
The writing speed for the rest of the Line.
Values:
• Characters per second: Such as 3 for a slow, dramatic part, or 80 for a fast one.
• 0: Write up to the next Text Event at once.
• Reset (case-insensitive): Return to the Line's own speed (following its voice, if it does).
• null: Not set; nothing changes.
