Jump
The Jump command continues the Dialogue in another Block, and never returns. Everything the Dialogue would have returned to is discarded: the Blocks that bridged to the current one, open If chains and open choice menus. It also calls the x_jump() hook, so your code can respond to the change of Block. See Hook Functions. Keys Every key also accepts a ¢ expression instead of a fixed value, unless its description says otherwise. See CandyRef Expressions. Conversation Description: The Conversation containing the target Block. Values: • Conversation name • Empty: The current Conversation. Block Description: The Block to go to. Values: • Block name • Empty: The current Block. Line Description: The Line of the Block to start from. An invalid target, or an unknown LM reference, is reported and ends the Dialogue. Values: • 0 or a positive number: A Line index, counted from 0. • LM reference: The Reference of an LM command in the target Block. Unlike an index, it stays valid when Lines are added or removed before the target. • Empty: The first Line.
