Fields Widget
The Fields widget displays some of a Line's fields as a form. It's the widget every Command starts with, and most forms consist of one or several of them. How a field itself works is explained in Fields. This page is about choosing and arranging the fields a widget displays. Choosing the Fields Right-click the widget and choose Fields....
  • Displayed in this area, on the left, lists the fields the widget displays, in their order.
  • Available, on the right, lists the Command's other fields.

  • Untick one to leave it out of this widget.
  • Drag one to move it among the fields beside it.
  • Add Separator works among them too.
What you set applies to every entry of the list. Everything Not Placed in Another Area With Everything not placed in another area ticked, the widget doesn't have a list of its own: it displays every field that no other Fields widget of the Editor displays. Include one such widget per tab: a field that a later version adds to a Command then appears there instead of being left out. Options Right-click the widget and choose Options.

The same field can be displayed by two widgets, in the same tab or in two tabs. Filters can hide a whole Fields widget, one of its categories or separators, or single fields (see Filters).
